Flight, hotel and train bookings into one day-by-day itinerary — an app made by asking

The flight is in one email, the train in another, the hotel behind a sign-in on its booking site. Before every trip you copy times and booking numbers into a note by hand — and get a time zone wrong.

Made and filmed on 2026-10-08 with Claude Sonnet 5.5.

How it was made

This is the whole request, exactly as it was typed into Bohm. Copy it and you can make the same app.

What was typed into Bohm
“An app where I send it travel booking confirmations — emails or booking pages — and the AI pulls out the dates, times, places and booking numbers into a day-by-day itinerary. Several bookings pile up in one itinerary in date order, I can export it as a calendar file (.ics), and I can see it without internet.”
  1. Say what you need.

Type the app into “What should we make?”.

  2. Watch it being written.

The AI writes the app; you can follow along.

  3. Try it, then keep it.

Nothing is kept until you save it.

How it is used

  1. Open the flight confirmation.

In your webmail, in a Bohm tab. (Here made-up airline and mailbox.)

  2. Send it to the app.

You see what goes before it goes.

  3. The flight lands in the itinerary.

The AI you connected pulls out the date, local times, airports and booking number.

  4. The hotel, from the site you are signed in to.

“My bookings” on the stay site works the same way — the app reads what you can see, not your sign-in.

  5. And the train — all in date order.

Each booking joins the same itinerary, day by day.

  6. One itinerary, and a calendar file.

Export the .ics for your calendar app. The itinerary opens without internet.

  7. Still there offline.

Close Bohm, disconnect the AI, open the app — the trip is all there.

Try this app

Download the app as a Bohm package and open it in Bohm — it starts with the example data shown above.

  1. Install Bohm.

Free on Windows 10 and 11, without administrator rights.

  2. Open the .bohm file.

Double-click it, or drop it on Bohm’s library. Before anything is added, Bohm shows what the app is and what it asks to do.

  3. Use it, change it, or start over.

The example data is yours to delete. To make the app your own, point at a part and say what should change.

The package holds this app with the made-up trip from the film. Adding a new booking needs an AI connected in Bohm’s settings; viewing and exporting do not.

Try it with the app you need.

Bohm is free on Windows 10 and 11. It installs without administrator rights and works without an internet connection.
