Paste your meeting notes, get minutes and a list of who does what — an app made by asking
Someone takes notes in a hurry, someone else turns them into minutes later, and the action items are lost in a chat by Thursday. Next month nobody can find what was decided.
How it was made
This is the whole request, exactly as it was typed into Bohm. Copy it and you can make the same app.
“An app where I paste my meeting notes and the AI turns them into minutes: a summary, decisions, and action items with an owner and a due date. Keep every meeting, show all action items in one place, and let me search past meetings.”
Say what you need.
Type the app into “What should we make?”.

Watch it being written.
The AI writes the app; you can follow along.
Try it, then keep it.
Nothing is kept until you save it.

How it is used
Paste the notes.
Rough notes as they were typed in the meeting. The app asks the AI you connected for the summary, decisions and action items.
Every action item in one place.
Owners and due dates, gathered in one list you can filter.

Find what was decided.
Search past meetings by any word.

Still there tomorrow, without AI.
Close Bohm, disconnect the AI, open the app — every meeting is there. Reading old minutes needs no AI.

Point at what should change.
Point at the action items and ask for a done checkbox. The minutes you kept stay.
Try this app
Download the app as a Bohm package and open it in Bohm — it starts with the example data shown above.
Install Bohm.
Free on Windows 10 and 11, without administrator rights.
Open the .bohm file.
Double-click it, or drop it on Bohm’s library. Before anything is added, Bohm shows what the app is and what it asks to do.
Use it, change it, or start over.
The example data is yours to delete. To make the app your own, point at a part and say what should change.
The package holds this app with the two made-up meetings from the film. Turning new notes into minutes needs an AI connected in Bohm’s settings; reading and searching do not.
What it uses
Made the same way
