Press the mic and say what you see — it is written down on this PC and sorted into an inspection record
On a site walk your hands hold a torch, a ladder or a clipboard, so findings end up as scribbles or voice memos nobody transcribes. Typing up the report afterwards takes longer than the walk, and the one item that needed action gets lost in the list.
How it was made
This is the whole request, exactly as it was typed into Bohm. Copy it and you can make the same app.
“An app for logging site inspections by voice. My hands are busy on site so I can't type: I press a mic button and talk, it writes down what I said, and the AI sorts it into location, item checked, condition (OK, watch, fail) and the action needed, and keeps it as an inspection record. The site sometimes has no internet. Show records by date, let me see only the ones that need action, and export an inspection report.”
Say what you need.
Type the app into “What should we make?”.

Watch it being written.
The AI writes the app; you can follow along.
Try it, then keep it.
Nothing is kept until you save it.

Polish it by asking.
Three rounds of Change, in words: tidy the whole screen, guide someone opening it the first time, make the report print cleanly. The data stays.

How it is used
Press and talk.
Bohm asks before the app may use the microphone. Say what you found, then stop.
Written down here, then sorted.
The speech model on this PC writes the note down — the recording does not leave the computer. The AI you connected sorts it into location, item, condition and action.

Only what needs action.
One tap shows the findings that need something done.

Kept on this PC.
Close Bohm and open the app again — the records are where you left them.

Point at what should change.
Point at a record and ask for an “Assigned to” field you can filter by. The records you kept stay.
Try this app
Download the app as a Bohm package and open it in Bohm — it starts with the example data shown above.
Install Bohm.
Free on Windows 10 and 11, without administrator rights.
Open the .bohm file.
Double-click it, or drop it on Bohm’s library. Before anything is added, Bohm shows what the app is and what it asks to do.
Use it, change it, or start over.
The example data is yours to delete. To make the app your own, point at a part and say what should change.
The package holds this app with the made-up finding from the film. Writing down speech needs the speech model, which Bohm offers to get once; sorting a note needs an AI connected in Bohm’s settings.
What it uses
